Opportunities and Challenges of PPP Model Applied to Urban and Rural Infrastructure Fields

“十四五”期间,随着国家新型城镇化、乡村振兴等发展战略的深入推进,我国城乡基础设施领域仍存在大规模的投资建设需求。PPP模式在我国已经得到了大规模的推广运用,有力地推动了基础设施和公共服务设施项目的投资建设,但PPP模式在实践中也暴露出一些问题。文章重点分析了PPP模式当前应用于城乡基础设施建设领域的机遇以及挑战,并且提出了相关建议。

During the 14th Five-Year Plan" period, along with the further promotion of national development strategies for new urbanization and rural revitalization, there will still be great investment and construction needs in urban and rural infrastructure fields. The PPP model has been utilized extensively in China, effectively promoting the investment and construction of infrastructure and public service facility projects. However, the PPP model has also revealed some issues in practice. The paper focuses on analyzing the opportunities and challenges of PPP model applied in urban and rural infrastructure construction and puts forward relevant suggestions.
