摘要
双质量飞轮是整车动力传递的稳定器,是提升驾驶体验的法宝,但起动过程的冲击往往也会给双质量飞轮带来重大的冲击,影响飞轮使用寿命。本文从软件策略、标定、硬件等多角度开展对双质量飞轮的保护研究,并通过试验进行充分验证,最终提出完整的飞轮保护措施。
Dual-quality flywheel is the stabilizer of the whole vehicle power transmission, and is a magic weapon to improve the driving experience, but the impact of the starting process often also brings a significant impact to the dual-quality flywheel, affecting the service life of the flywheel. This paper carries out the protection research of double-mass flywheel from the perspectives of software strategy, calibration and hardware, and finally proposes the complete flywheel protection measures.
