汽车复杂曲面零件的快速参数化逆向设计分析

摘要 逆向设计的关键流程有点云数据的采集、点云数据的预处理和逆向建模。本文主要是使用逆向设计技术对汽车零部件转子式机油泵壳体(下文简称壳体)的逆向建模。其具体的设计流程是先分析点云数据的采集方式,然后利用实验室的三维扫描设备来确定具体需要使用什么样的采集方式,并采用杭州先临三维科技股份有限公司生产的Shining3D-Scanner双目型三维扫描仪来采集壳体的三维点云数据,然后利用逆向软件Geomagic Wrap来初步处理采集到的点云数据,其中需要处理的部分包括去除体外孤点、减少噪声、删除钉状物、填充孔洞、网格松弛和去除特征等,最后使用逆向软件Geomagic Design X对经过预处理的三角面片模型进行曲面重构(逆向建模)并得到重构的壳体的实体模型。 The key processes of reverse design include point cloud data collection, point cloud data preprocessing and reverse modeling.In this paper, the reverse design technology is used to build the reverse model of the rotor oil pump housing(hereinafter referred to as the housing). The specific design process is to first analyze the collection method of point cloud data, then use the 3D scanning equipment in the laboratory to determine the specific collection method to be used, finally use the Shining3D-Scanner binocular 3D scanner produced by Hangzhou Xianlin 3D Technology Co., Ltd. to collect the 3D point cloud data of the shell, and then use the reverse software Geomagic Wrap to preliminarily process the collected point cloud data, The parts that need to be dealt with include removing external isolated points, reducing noise, deleting nails, filling holes, mesh relaxation and removing features.Finally, the reverse software Geomagic Design X is used to reconstruct the surface of the pretreated triangular patch model(reverse modeling) and obtain the solid model of the reconstructed shell.
