摘要
汽车线束被称为汽车的血管和神经,连接和保障汽车的各种功能电器正常运行,一套完整的乘用车线束通常由上千计的导线和端子组成几百个线束插接端,连接并保障着各个汽车功能电器的可靠工作。汽车线束的可靠性直接关系到汽车与驾乘人员的安全和驾乘的舒适性,通过线束制造技术创新来提升和保证汽车线束的高品质和可靠性极为重要。本文基于TRIZ创新理论,运用创新方法,对传统的汽车线束的制造技术进行创新应用与研究,抛砖引玉,与汽车线束同行共同探讨和交流学习。
Automobile wiring harness is called the blood vessel and nerve of the automobile, which connects and guarantees the normal operation of various functional electrical appliances of the automobile. A complete set of passenger car wiring harness usually has thousands of wires and terminals composed of hundreds of wiring harness connectors, connecting and guaranteeing the reliable work of each functional electrical appliance of the automobile.The reliability of automobile wiring harness is directly related to the safety and comfort of automobile and driver. It is very important to improve and guarantee the high quality and reliability of automobile wiring harness through the innovation of wiring harness manufacturing technology. In this paper, based on TRIZ innovation theory, using innovative methods, the traditional automotive wiring harness manufacturing technology innovation application and research. To discuss and exchange with peers of automotive wiring harness.
