公私合作视域下公共图书馆研学旅行评价研究——以J图书馆研学旅行为例

Study on the Evaluation of Public Library Study Tours Under the Perspective of Publicprivate Partnership:The case of J Library Study Tour

在文旅融合的大背景下,研学旅行已成为公共图书馆实现文旅融合的创新服务之一。以J图书馆的研学旅行为案例,运用访谈法、调查问卷等方法,从成本、产出、效果三个方面对J图书馆的研学旅行进行全面调查和分析,得出J图书馆研学旅行采用公私合作模式的可行性,并且指出其存在着服务供给不足、服务均等化有待改善、公私合作模式存在不确定、绩效评估体系有待完善等问题。在此基础上提出改善策略,以期推动公共图书馆研学旅行服务的健康、持续发展。

In the context of cultural and tourism integration, study tours have become one of the innovative services for public libraries to realize cultural and tourism integration. This paper takes J Library’s study tour as a case study, and uses interview method and questionnaire to investigate and analyze J Library’s study tour comprehensively from three aspects of cost, output and effect, and concludes the feasibility of adopting public-private Partnership model for J Library’s study tour.It is pointed out that there are problems such as insufficient service supply, service equalization to be improved, uncertainty in the public-private partnership model,and performance evaluation system to be improved. On this basis, we propose improvement strategies to promote the healthy and sustainable development of public library study tour services.
