新型塔架式抽油机举升技术应用效果评价

摘要 针对游梁式抽油机存在的平衡效果差、系统效率低、能耗高等问题,开展了新型塔架式抽油机举升技术试验。通过将四连杆传动机构转变为永磁电动机与链轮减速驱动结构,有效提高了抽油机传动效率,降低能耗。经室内模拟实验、现场试验综合评价了其应用效果。经5口井试验数据对比分析,新型塔架式抽油机平均系统效率提高7.35%,综合节电率23.44%,年节约运行成本2.071万元,节能效果显著,可作为油田未来节能降耗的一种技术手段。 In view of the problems of poor balance effect,low system efficiency and high energy consumption of beam pumping unit,the lifting technology test of new tower-frame pumping unit is carried out.By transforming the four-link drive mechanism into permanent magnet motor and sprocket deceleration drive structure,the driving efficiency of pumping unit is effectively improved and energy consumption is reduced.The application effect is evaluated synthetically through indoor simulation test and field test.According to the comparative analysis of the five wells test data,the average system efficiency of the new tower-frame pumping unit is increased by 7.35%,the comprehensive power saving rate is 23.44%,and the annual operation cost is saved by 20710 yuan.The energy saving effect is remarkable,which can be used as a technical means of energy conservation and consumption reduction in the future.
