摘要
为了有效预防抽油机井作业时泄油器泄油失败的问题,采用在原有抽油泵上设置泄油孔泄油的方法,泄油孔设置在泵筒的中上部,可根据活塞和泵筒长度来决定泄油孔的具体位置,在油井躺井后,改变活塞在泵筒中的位置,活塞不再贴合泄油孔,井筒内的井液通过泄油孔进入油套环形空间,实现快速泄油,减少油管中的原油在起下井下工具时被带至地面污染环境,自动泄油的实现,减少了在线清洗、收水装置等清洁环保配套装置的使用次数,有效的降低投入成本和耗能,同时缩短了油井的占井周期,提高了油井生产时率。
In order to effectively prevent the problem of oil drainage failure of oil drainer during pumping unit well operation,the oil drainage method of setting oil drainage hole on the original pumping well pump is adopted.The oil drainage hole is set at the middle and upper part of the pump barrel.The specific position of oil drainage hole can be determined according to the length of the piston and the pump barrel.After the well is laid down,the position of the piston in the pump barrel is changed,and the piston will no longer fit the oil drainage hole.The well fluid in the wellbore enters the annular space of the oil jacket through the oil drainage hole to realize rapid oil drainage.The crude oil in the tubing is reduced to be brought to the ground to pollute the environment when tripping downhole tools.The realization of automatic oil drainage is reduced the use times of clean and environmental protection supporting devices such as on-line cleaning and water collection devices,which effectively reduces the input cost and energy consumption,shortens the well cycle of the oil well,and improves the production time rate of the oil well.
