当前正处于数字化转型时代,高校迫切需要推进新商科职业教育人才培养模式改革以适应数字化转型的新要求。文章在剖析数字化转型时代对传统商科教育带来的机遇和挑战及传统商科人才培养面临的问题基础上,精准定位数字化转型时代新商科职业教育人才培养改革的重点方向,最终重构数字化新时代新商科职业教育人才培养新模式,为新时代商科职业教育变革提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Currently in the era of digital transformation, it is urgent for the colleges and universities to promote the training mode reform of new business vocational education to adapt to the new requirements of digital transformation. Based on the in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges brought by the digital transformation era to traditional business education and the problems encountered by traditional business personnel training, the paper accurately locates the key direction of the talent training reform of new business vocational education in the digital transformation era, and finally reconstructs the new talent training mode of new business vocational education in the era of digitalization, so as to provide the theoretical support and practical reference for the reform of business vocational education.
