右佐匹克隆联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对胆汁反流性胃炎合并睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量及不良反应的影响

Effects of Dexzopiclone Combined with Flupentixide Melitracen on Sleep Quality and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Bile Reflux Gastritis Complicated with Sleep Disorders

目的:分析右佐匹克隆联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对胆汁反流性胃炎合并睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量的影响及不良反应的发生情况。方法:选取2020年11月至2022年4月收治的胆汁反流性胃炎合并睡眠障碍患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑联合右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表(ESS)评估2组患者的睡眠情况,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁状态的改善情况,同时比较2组患者的临床症状及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者PSQI及ESS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组临床症状评分显著低于对照组,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:右佐匹克隆联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛可有效改善胆汁反流性胃炎合并睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,减少不良情绪,减轻临床症状,具有较高安全性。

Objective:To analyze the effects of dexzopiclone combined with flupentixide melitracen on sleep quality and the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with bile reflux gastritis complicated with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 78 patients with bile reflux gastritis complicated with sleep disorders admitted from November 2020 to April 2022 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole combined with dexzopiclone,and the observation group was treated with flupentixol melitracine on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Epworth Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)were used to evaluate the sleep conditions of 2 groups.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression in 2 groups,and the clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between2 groups.Results:After treatment,PSQI and ESS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,clinical symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Dexzopiclone combined with flupentixide melitoxin can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with bile reflux gastritis complicated with sleep disorders,reduce adverse mood,relieve clinical symptoms,and have high safety.
