耳穴贴压联合灸法护理改善骨折患者疼痛和睡眠质量的效果

Effect of Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Moxibustion Nursing on Improving Fracture Pain and Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:观察耳穴贴压联合灸法护理改善骨折患者疼痛和睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月龙岩市中医院收治的骨折患者60例作为研究对象,根据不同入院时间分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上开展耳穴贴压联合灸法护理干预。比较2组患者护理后不同时间段内的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、肿胀程度评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及患者对护理的满意度。结果:护理后,观察组患者的疼痛VAS评分及肿胀程度评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,2组患者PSQI评分均较护理前下降,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨折患者采用耳穴贴压联合灸法护理,可以明显减轻患者在住院期间所产生的疼痛和肿胀程度,提高睡眠质量,患者的满意度较高,护理效果理想。

Objective:To observe the effect of auricular point sticking combined with moxibustion nursing on improving fracture pain and sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with fracture admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different admission time,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group carried out auricular point sticking combined with moxibustion nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of pain and swelling degree,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction rate of nursing was counted.Results:The VAS scores of pain and swelling degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at different time after nursing(P s<0.05).The score of PSQI after nursing was lower than that before nursing,and it was lower in detail than the control group(P s<0.05).The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of fracture patients,the auricular point sticking combined with moxibustion nursing and basic nursing can significantly reduce the pain and swelling of patients during hospitalization,reduce the sleep disorder caused by it,and obtain the unanimous satisfaction of patients.
