复苏护理对高龄无痛胃镜术患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Resuscitation Nursing after Painless Gastroscopy on Sleep Quality of Elderly People

目的:探究复苏护理改善高龄无痛胃镜术患者睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2019年8月至2021年7月松溪县医院收治的无痛胃镜手术患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施术后复苏护理模式,比较2组术后生命体征、睡眠质量和不良反应发生率。结果:护理后,观察组血压、心率和血氧饱和度等指标均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理前,2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分和睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),护理后,2组患者PSQI评分和SRSS评分均下降,观察组PSQI评分和SRSS评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.63%,对照组为21.05%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在无痛胃镜术后护理中,通过应用复苏护理,可更好地改善高龄患者的睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生率,改善医患关系,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of resuscitation nursing after painless gastroscopy on improving the sleep quality of the elderly.Methods:A total of 76 painless patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in Songxi County Hospital from August 2019 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.All patients underwent painless gastroscopy.The control group implemented routine nursing mode,and the research group implemented postoperative resuscitation nursing mode.The postoperative vital signs,sleep quality and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:In terms of postoperative vital signs,the indexes of blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group after resuscitation nursing were better than those in the control group,with significant difference(P s<0.05).In terms of sleep quality,there was no significant difference in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and Self-rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)score between the two groups before nursing(P s>0.05).After nursing,the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P s<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,the incidence of the observation group was 2.63%,which was lower than that of the control group(21.05%),with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the post operation nursing of painless gastroscopy,the application of resuscitation nursing can help the elderly patients improve their sleep quality,reduce adverse reactions,improve the relationship between doctors and patients,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
