换位思考护理对子宫肌瘤切除术患者生命质量、睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Transposition Nursing on Quality of Life and Sleep of Patients Undergoing Myomectomy

目的:观察换位思考护理对子宫肌瘤切除术患者生命质量、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年8月福建省将乐县总医院万安镇中心卫生院妇产科收治的子宫肌瘤切除术患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予换位思考护理。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者抑郁、焦虑的改善情况,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评估2组患者的生命质量。结果:干预后,2组患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪均有所缓解,且观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:换位思考护理能够有效地缓解患者焦虑抑郁的负性情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量和生命质量,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of perspective-taking nursing on quality of life and sleep in patients undergoing hysteromyectomy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hysteromyectomy admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Wan′an Town Central Health Center of Jiansle County General Hospital in Fujian Province from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given perspective-taking nursing on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality between 2 groups before and after the intervention,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the improvement of depression and anxiety between 2 groups,and the brief Health Survey Form(SF-36)was used to evaluate the quality of life of 2 groups.Results:After intervention,the depression and anxiety of 2 groups were relieved,and the SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,while the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Perspective-taking nursing can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of anxiety and depression in patients,improve the quality of sleep and life of patients,and is worthy of further clinical promotion and use.
