抚触护理对新生儿生长发育及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Touch Nursing on Growth and Development and Sleep Quality of Neonatus

目的:研究抚触护理对新生儿生长发育和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年8月在安溪县湖头医院出生的新生儿110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取常规护理+抚触护理,比较2组新生儿生长发育情况、睡眠质量等相关指标。结果:干预4周后,2组新生儿的身长、头围和体质量均大于干预前,观察组各项生长发育指标均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预4周后,观察组新生儿的每日睡眠时间和夜间持续睡眠时间均长于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的胎便转黄时间短于对照组,每日排便次数多于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿实施抚触护理不仅有利于其生长发育,同时也可以延长其睡眠时间,增强肠道功能,具有推广应用价值。

Objective:To study the influence of touch nursing on the growth and and development and sleep quality of neonates.Methods:A total of 110 neonates born in Anxi County Hutou Hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the main objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table.The nursing measures taken by the control group(n=55)and the observation group(n=55)were routine nursing and routine+touch nursing,respectively.The differences and similarities between the two nursing methods on the growth and development of newborns,sleep and other related indicators were compared.Results:The length,head circumference and body mass of newborns in the two groups after 4 weeks of intervention were greater than those before intervention,and the growth and development indicators in the observation group after 4 weeks of intervention were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the daily sleep time and continuous sleep time at night in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).The time of fetal stool turning yellow in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of stools per day was greater than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application of touch nursing to neonatus is not only beneficial to the growth and development of newborn,but also can prolong the sleep time of newborn and enhance the intestinal function,which has reference significance and promotion value.
