注意缺陷多动障碍患儿睡眠质量问题的分析

Analysis of Sleep Quality in Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

目的:分析注意缺陷多动障碍患儿睡眠质量、睡眠问题及睡眠质量对问题行为、症状的影响。方法:选取2020年2月至2022年2月永安市立医院收治的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿150例作为观察组,另选择同期健康无注意缺陷多动障碍患儿150例作为对照组。2组患儿均接受睡眠质量及睡眠问题调查,比较2组儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ)评分,常见睡眠问题发生率及睡眠问题严重程度评分。结果:观察组CSHQ各项评分(睡眠阻抗、入睡延迟、睡眠持续时间、睡眠焦虑、睡眠觉醒、睡眠伴随障碍、睡眠呼吸障碍和日间困倦)及总分均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组尿床、睡眠呼吸紊乱、睡眠中不随意抽动等发生率显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组磨牙、尿床、睡眠呼吸紊乱、睡眠中不随意抽动等评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:注意缺陷多动障碍患儿伴随明显的睡眠障碍,表现出睡眠呼吸紊乱、尿床,而且睡眠障碍加重患儿注意缺陷多动障碍的问题行为及症状。

Objective:To analyze the effects of sleep quality,sleep problems and sleep quality on problem behaviors and symptoms in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods:A total of 150 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in our hospital during the period from February 2020 to February 2022 were selcted as the observation group,and 150 healthy children without attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups of children were investigated on sleep quality and sleep problems.The scores of the two groups of Children′s sleep habits questionnaire(CSHQ),the incidence of common sleep problems and the severity of sleep problems were compared.Results:The scores and total scores of CSHQ factors including sleep impedance,fall asleep delay,sleep duration,sleep anxiety,sleep arousal,sleep concomitant disorder,sleep disordered breathing and daytime sleepiness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P s<0.05).The incidence of bed-wetting,sleep disordered breathing and involuntary twitching during sleep in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P s<0.05).The scores of tooth grinding,bed-wetting,sleep disordered breathing and involuntary twitching during sleep in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder are accompanied by obvious sleep disorders,such as sleep disordered breathing and bed-wetting,and children with sleep disorders aggravate the problematic behaviors and symptoms of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,which has high research value.
