针对性护理对胃肠减压患者睡眠质量与心理状况的影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing on Sleep Quality and Psychological Status of Gastrointestinal Decompression Patients

目的:研究针对性护理对胃肠减压患者睡眠质量与心理状况的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年4月莆田学院附属医院收治的胃肠减压患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用针对性护理。比较2组患者临床恢复指标、护理满意度、睡眠质量评分、不良心理情绪评分、舒适度评分、生命质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的临床恢复指标、护理满意度、睡眠质量评分、不良心理情绪评分、舒适度评分、生命质量评分、不良反应发生率均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:胃肠减压患者接受针对性护理,临床恢复指标、护理满意度、睡眠质量、舒适度和生命质量均显著提高,不良心理情绪显著缓解。不良反应发生率显著降低,因此针对性护理在胃肠减压患者中更具推广应用价值。

Objective:To study the effect of targeted nursing on sleep quality and psychological status of gastrointestinal decompression patients.Methods:A total of 60 cases of gastrointestinal decompression patients admitted in Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected and were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the method of random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods,while the patients in the observation group were treated with targeted nursing methods.The clinical recovery index,nursing satisfaction,sleep quality score,adverse psychological emotion score,comfort score,quality of life score and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical recovery index,nursing satisfaction,sleep quality score,adverse psychological emotion score,comfort score,quality of life score and adverse reaction rate of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Under targeted care,the clinical recovery indicators of gastrointestinal decompression patients are significantly improved,nursing satisfaction is significantly improved,sleep quality is significantly improved,bad psychological emotions are significantly reduced,comfort is significantly improved,quality of life is significantly improved,and the incidence of adverse reactions is significantly reduced.Therefore,targeted nursing is more worthy of promotion in gastrointestinal decompression patients.
