优质护理在肺叶切除术患者围手术期的应用效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients Undergoing Lobectomy and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:探究优质护理在肺叶切除术患者围手术期的应用效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年6月临沂市人民医院收治的肺癌行肺叶切除术患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较分析2组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量及生命质量。结果:观察组患者的疼痛评分、睡眠质量评价分别是(2.45±0.76)分、(5.15±0.92)分,均小于对照组的(4.84±1.12)分、(9.63±1.16)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生命质量评价总分为(79.28±3.72)分,明显高于对照组的(61.34±3.49)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,对照组并发症发生率为18.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺叶切除术患者围手术期实施优质护理,可以有效提高手术治疗效果及生命质量,改善患者睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing lobectomy and its influence on the sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent lobectomy from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n=60,given high-quality nursing)and control group(n=60,given routine nursing).The pain,sleep improvement and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The scores of pain and sleep quality in the observation group were(2.45±0.76)and(5.15±0.92)respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(4.84±1.12)and(9.63±1.16)(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life in the observation group(79.28±3.72)was significantly higher than that in the control group(61.34±3.49)(P<0.05).The incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group was 5.00%vs 18.33%,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of pulmonary lobectomy patients can effectively improve the surgical treatment effect and quality of life,improve the sleep quality of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.It has significant clinical application value.
