基于细节护理的强化沟通技巧在健康体检中的应用及对睡眠的影响

Application of Intensive Communication Skills in Physical Examination Based on Detail Nursing and Its Influence on Sleep

目的:探究基于细节护理的强化沟通技巧在健康体检中的应用及对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2019年10月至2021年10月联勤保障部队第909医院健康医学科收治的参与健康体检者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予细节护理下强化沟通技巧的方式干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,同时比较2组患者体检时间、一次性完成体检率、体检满意率及在体检过程中不良事件发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组体检者的体检时间显著少于对照组,一次性完成体检率及体检满意度均显著高于对照组,2组体检者的PSQI评分各维度水平均有所下降,且观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:基于细节护理的强化沟通技巧能有效提升体检质量及体检满意度,在改善睡眠质量及预防不良事件的发生上有积极的临床意义,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application of intensive communication skills in physical examination based on detail nursing and its influence on sleep.Methods:A total of 108 cases who participated in physical examination admitted to the Department of Health Medicine of the 909 Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given intensive communication skills under detailed nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention.Meanwhile,the physical examination time,one-time completion rate,satisfaction rate of physical examination and the occurrence of adverse events during physical examination were compared between the 2 groups.Results:After intervention,the physical examination time of the observation group was significantly less than the control group,the one-time completion rate of physical examination and physical examination satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group,the PSQI score of the two groups decreased in all dimensions,and the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening communication skills based on detail nursing can effectively improve physical examination quality and satisfaction,and has positive clinical significance in improving sleep quality and preventing adverse events,which is worthy of further clinical application.
