喉癌喉切除术后患者睡眠障碍的影响因素及护理价值体会

Influencing Factors and Nursing Value of Sleep Disorders in Patients with Laryngeal Cancer after Laryngectomy

目的:分析研究喉癌喉切除术后患者睡眠障碍的影响因素及护理价值。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的喉癌喉切除术后患者80例作为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组进行护理干预,比较2组的护理满意度、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、焦虑状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS评分)]及抑郁状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS评分)]。结果:生理因素、心理因素、环境因素、社会因素、其他因素都是影响喉癌喉切除术后患者睡眠障碍的因素。在护理满意度项目中,观察组显著高于对照组。观察组PSQI、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相关医务人员分析睡眠障碍影响因素,并实施针对性护理干预,对喉癌喉切除术患者具有提高睡眠质量、改善情绪状态的效果,很大程度上提高了护理满意度,值得在临床中应用和推广。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors and nursing value of sleep disturbance after laryngectomy.Methods:Select 80 patients with laryngeal resection of Xiamen University from May 2019 to December 2020,divided into control group and observation group,each group with conventional nursing,nursing intervention,comparison of nursing satisfaction,sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],anxiety state[anxiety self-rating scale(SAS score)]and depression status[depression self-rating scale(SDS score)].Results:Physical factors,psychological factors,environmental factors,social factors,and other factors are all factors affecting sleep disturbance in patients after laryngectomy for laryngeal cancer.In the nursing satisfaction program,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The PSQI,SAS,and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Relevant medical staff analyze the influencing factors of sleep disorders and implement targeted nursing intervention,which can improve the sleep quality and emotional state for patients with laryngectomy,greatly improve the nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
