甲状腺腺瘤患者围术期实施综合护理干预对其睡眠质量的改善效果

The Improvement Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality of Thyroid Adenoma Patients

目的:分析甲状腺腺瘤患者围术期实施综合护理干预对其睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2021年4月清流县嵩口中心卫生院收治的甲状腺腺瘤患者56例作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予综合护理干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者的疼痛感受,同时比较2组患者护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI各项评分均显著低于对照组,观察组术后1 h、24 h和48 h的VAS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在甲状腺腺瘤围术期护理中,采用综合护理干预模式能够营造安静舒适的休养环境,有效改善患者睡眠质量,减轻患者术后疼痛,提高其行为能力和生命质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on sleep quality of thyroid adenoma patients.Methods:A total of 56 patients with thyroid adenoma admitted to Songkou Central Health Center of Qingliu County from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 28 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after the intervention,the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain feeling of the 2 groups,and the nursing satisfaction of 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After the intervention,PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group at 1 h,24 h and 48 h after the operation,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:In perioperative nursing of thyroid adenoma,comprehensive nursing intervention mode can create a quiet and comfortable recuperation environment,effectively improve patient′s sleep quality,reduce patient′s postoperative pain,improve their behavioral ability and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
