优质护理干预对泌尿外科术前患者情绪和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing Intervention on Mood and Sleep Quality of Patients before Urological Surgery

目的:优质护理干预对泌尿外科术前患者情绪和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年9月松溪县医院收治的泌尿外科术前患者64例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,比较2组患者护理满意度,同时比较2组患者的应激反应情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组血压、心率指标更稳定,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预可有效改善患者不良心理状态,提升患者睡眠质量,稳定血压、心率等应激反应指标,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To study the effect of high quality nursing intervention on mood and sleep quality of patients before urological surgery.Methods:A total of 64 urological preoperative patients admitted to Songxi County Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between 2 groups,Self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between 2 groups,and nursing satisfaction between the 2 groups was compared.Meanwhile,the stress response of 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group.The blood pressure and heart rate indexes of the observation group were more stable,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve patient′s adverse mental state,improve patient′s sleep quality,and stabilize stress response indexes such as blood pressure and heart rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
