Research on the Development of Transportation Integration between Kunshan and Shanghai Under Hongqiao International Hub for Opening Up

虹桥国际开放枢纽建设是2021年国家为推进长三角区域一体化发展出台的又一重大举措。昆山地处长三角区域核心位置,作为全国百强县首位城市,面对这一新的重大历史机遇,应全面总结现状沪昆交通一体化发展存在的问题短板和面临挑战,从构建综合交通体系新格局角度加强沪昆交通一体化、高质量发展,系统提出发展思路和相应对策措施,为昆山放大沪苏同城第一站效应、经济社会高质量发展和建设社会主义现代化标杆城市提供坚强交通保障。

The construction of Hongqiao International Hub for Opening Up is another major measure issued by the state in 2021 to promote the regional integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta. As the first city in the top 100 counties in China and the core city in the Yangtze River Delta, facing the new major historical opportunity, Kunshan should comprehensively summarize the existing problems and challenges in the development of transportation integration between Kunshan and Shanghai,and put forward the development ideas and corresponding countermeasures systematically, for strengthening the integrated and high-quality development of transportation between Kunshan and Shanghai by building a new comprehensive transportation system. Kunshan will provide a strong transportation guarantee for the greater intra city effect between Shanghai and Suzhou, the high-quality economic and social development and the construction of a socialist modern benchmark city.
