摘要
国内大城市在土地资源紧张和公交设施需求增加的双重压力下,公交停车场由传统的“平面式”向“立体化”发展是解决公交车停放和充电两大需求的最有效途径。该文明确了新时代公交立体停车场的功能和分类,并以广州的探索和实践为例,通过分析发展现状和存在问题,从城市交通整体的角度,提出了公交立体停车场的选址原则和规划策略。在此基础上提出面向落地实施的布局规划“四步骤法”,即需求预测、用地摸查、综合评价、确定方案,并将该方法成功应用于广州的实践。
Under shortage of land resources and increased demand of public transport facilities in big cities, bus parking space development from traditional "Plane form" to "Stereoscopic form" is the most effective way to solve the charging and parking demand of bus. This study clearly stated the function and classification of stereoscopic bus parking space in the new era, and then take the exploration and practice of Guangzhou as an example, by analyzing the development status and existing problems of bus parking space, site selection principles and planning strategies are proposed from the perspective of the overall traffic system. And then the implementation-oriented "Four-step approach" of stereoscopic bus parking space is put forward: demand forecast,land survey, comprehensive evaluation and determine the scheme, which is applied to the planning practice of Guangzhou.
