Research on Urban Traffic Evaluation Index From the Perspective of Sustainable Development

面对新时期国家发展和城市交通规划转型升级的要求,可持续交通发展是未来城市发展的必然选择。然而,目前可持续交通发展方向及实施路径尚未达成共识,相关交通政策及规划落地实施缺乏有效抓手。该文深入剖析可持续交通内涵,构建一套可持续交通评价指标体系和方法,以指标为核心持续开展交通体检,评估交通发展动态和规划实施成效。

Facing the requirements of national development and transformation of urban transport planning, sustainable transport development is an inevitable choice for future urban development. However, at present, there is no consensus on the direction and implementation path of sustainable transportation development, and the implementation of relevant transportation policies and plans is lack of effective grasp. This paper deeply analyzes the connotation of sustainable transportation, constructs a set of sustainable transportation evaluation index system and method, takes the index as the core, continues to carry out traffic physical examination, and evaluates the dynamics of transportation development and the effectiveness of planning implementation.
