酸渣用作驱油剂的室内实验研究

摘要 酸渣为生产驱油剂石油磺酸盐时产生的废料,通过一系列化学反应后,发现酸渣主要由未磺化油、硫酸以及磺酸组成。利用酸渣中大量的硫酸与十八烯烃进行马氏加成反应实验,结果表明:酸渣与十八烯最佳质量配比为1∶0.6;反应时间6 h后,可得到界面张力为8.8×10^(-2)mN/m的阴离子型表面活性剂;再与石油磺酸盐5∶5(质量比)复配后,界面张力可以达到10^(-3)mN/m。岩心驱替实验表明,水驱岩心至含水率为98%后,注入0.5 PV的石油磺酸盐与处理后酸渣复配体系可提高驱油效率18.53%,与石油磺酸盐的驱油效率(19.26%)相当。该实验为酸渣再利用提供了可行的思路。 Acid sludge is the waste produced during the production of oil displacement agent sulfonate After a series of chemical reactions,it is found that the acid sludge is mainly composed of non-sulfonated oil,sulfuric acid,and sulfonic acid.A large amount of sulfuric acid in acid sludge is used to carry out Markovian addition reaction with octadecene.The results shows that the optimum mass ratio of acid sludge to octadecene is 1:0.6.After 6 hours’reaction,the anionic surfactant with interfacial tension of 8.8×10^(-2)mN/m is obtained.The interfacial tension can reach 10^(-3)mN/m when it is then mixed with petroleum sulfonate 5:5(mass ratio).The core displacement experiment shows that after the water content of the core is 98%by water flooding,by injecting 0.5 PV petroleum sulfonate and the treated acid sludge compound system,the oil displacement efficiency can be improved by 18.53%,which is equivalent to the oil displacement efficiency of petroleum sulfonate(19.26%).The experiment provides a feasible idea for the reuse of acid sludge.
