摘要
天然气站场三通趋于向高强度、大口径、厚壁、高性能的方向发展,然而在役三通的力学性能并无有效的无损检测与评价方法,无法对大批量的在役三通进行经济性的质量把关。针对在役三通出现的强度异常问题,以X70三通为研究对象,提出了一种对在役三通力学性能无损检测评价方法。采用西部管道公司储备库中三通进行实物无损检测试验和评价,并进行破坏性的力学性能试验,验证三通无损检测的评价结果。三通破坏性力学性能试验结果表明:在役三通力学性能的现场金相和硬度无损检测和评价方法具有可靠性。
Natural gas station tees tend to develop to the direction of high strength,large diameter,thick wall,and high properties.However,there is no effective nondestructive testing and evaluation method for the mechanical properties of in-service tees,and it is impossible to economically check the quality of large quantities of in-service tees.Aiming at the strength abnormalities of in-service tees,taking X70 tees as the research object,a nondestructive testing and evaluation method for the mechanical properties of in-service tees is proposed.The tee in the reserve of the West Pipeline Company is used for nondestructive testing and evaluation,and a destructive mechanical property test is conducted to verify the evaluation results of the tee nondestructive test.The results of the destructive mechanical property test shows that the field metallographic and hardness nondestructive testing and evaluation method of the mechanical properties of in-service tees is reliable.
