提高油气管道全自动焊低温工况下焊接一次合格率的技术措施 被引量:1

摘要 为了全面提高低温环境下油气管道全自动焊合格率,以我国某管道四个月的焊接作业施工为例,对低温环境下管道全自动焊接一次合格率偏低的原因进行综合分析,在此基础上提出提高全自动焊一次合格率的措施。研究表明:在温度较低的情况下,全自动焊接的一次合格率将会大幅降低,坡口处理质量、焊接参数、焊接温度以及焊缝打磨质量等属于影响焊接一次合格率的重要因素,因此,在低温环境下使用全自动焊技术开展焊接作业的过程中,需要全面提高坡口处理制度,对焊接参数进行合理控制,保持合理的焊接作业温度,提高焊缝的打磨质量,进而全面提高全自动焊接一次合格率。此次研究对低温环境下推广使用全自动焊技术具有重要意义。 In order to comprehensively improve the qualification rate of fully automatic welding of oil and gas pipelines under low-temperature environment,taking a four-month welding operation of a pipeline in China as an example,the reasons for the low first pass rate of fully automatic pipeline welding under low-temperature environment are comprehensively analyzed.The research shows that under the condition of low-temperature,the first pass rate of fully automatic welding is greatly reduced.The quality of groove treatment,welding parameters,welding temperature,and weld grinding quality are important factors affecting the first pass rate of welding.Therefore,during the process of using fully automatic welding technology to carry out welding operations in low-temperature environment,it is necessary to comprehensively improve the groove treatment system,reasonably control the welding parameters,maintain the reasonable welding temperature,improve the grinding quality of welds,so as to comprehensively improve the first pass rate of fully automatic welding.This research is of a great significance to popularize the use of fully automatic welding technology in low-temperature environment.
