15个羊角脆甜瓜品种形态学性状变异性和聚类分析 被引量:3

摘要 本研究以15份有代表性的羊角脆甜瓜品种为试材,在饶阳和青县两地分别种植,统计了17个形态学性状的变异性并进行聚类分析,以期为该区域羊角脆甜瓜种质资源合理有效保存、地方品种提纯复壮及杂交育种等工作奠定基础。结果表明,饶阳羊角脆甜瓜形态学性状的变异系数变幅为8.11%~65.34%,其中果皮底色变异系数最大,叶形指数的变异系数最小;青县羊角脆甜瓜形态学性状的变异系数变幅为6.31%~65.34%,其中果皮底色变异系数为最大,叶形指数变异系数最小。对饶阳和青县产地15个羊角脆甜瓜品种分别进行形态学聚类,当遗传距离为10时,饶阳产地羊角脆甜瓜聚成3类,黑皮16h-15和羊角脆17-15品种分别单独聚成一类,其他品种聚成第三类;青县产地羊角脆甜瓜也聚成3类,黑皮16h-15单独聚成一类,羊角脆16-10、羊角脆17b-01、羊角脆17-15和羊角脆17b-02聚成第二类,其他品种聚成第三类。 In this study,15 representative varieties of Yangjiao Crispy melon were used as the test materials,and planted in Raoyang and Qingxian respectively,the variability of 17 morphological traits was counted and cluster analysis was carried out,so as to lay a foundation for reasonable and effective conservation of germplasm resources of Yangjiao Crispy melon in this region,purification and rejuvenation of local varieties,and crossbreeding.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the morphological traits of Yangjiao Crispy melon from Raoyang ranged from 8.11%to 65.34%,among which,the coefficient of variation of the peel base color was the largest and that of the leaf shape index was the smallest.The coefficient of variation of morphological traits of Yangjiao Crispy melon from Qingxian ranged from 6.31%to 65.34%,among which,the coefficient of variation of the peel base color was the largest and that of the leaf shape index was the smallest.Morphological cluster analysis was carried out on 15 Yangjiao Crispy melon varieties from Raoyang and Qingxian,respectively.When the genetic distance was 10,Yangjiao Crispy melons from Raoyang were clustered into three categories,Heipi 16h-15 and Yangjiao Crispy 17-15 were clustered into one category separately,and other varieties were clustered into the third category.When the genetic distance was 10,Yangjiao Crispy melons from Qingxian were also grouped into three categories,Heipi 16h-15 was clustered into one category,Yangjiao Crispy16-10,Yangjiao Crispy 17b-01,Yangjiao Crispy 17-15 and Yangjiao Crispy 17b-02 were clustered into the second category,and other varieties were clustered into the third category.
