高校实践教学融入思政元素的路径

摘要 进入新时代,实践教学已经成为高校立德树人的重要阵地。但是,纵观高校实践教学的发展历程,仍然存在着教师主体作用发挥不够,思政元素融入实践教学的驱动力不足,思政元素缺乏,融入实践教学的载体受限,教学方法创新性不足,融入实践教学的考评机制有待完善等困难和挑战。在实践教学中实现思政元素的融入,提升教学效果,完善育人过程,需要加强教师的思政培训,充分发挥教师教学的主渠道作用;挖掘专业精神,创新思政元素融入的载体;创新教学方法,完善思政元素融入实践教学的考评机制。 In the new era, practical teaching has become an important position for colleges and universities to strengthen moral education and cultivate talents. However, throughout the development of practical teaching in colleges and universities, there are still difficulties and challenges such as insufficient role of teachers, insufficient driving force for ideological and political elements to be integrated into practical teaching, insufficient ideological and political elements, limited carriers to be integrated into practical teaching, insufficient innovation of teaching methods, and evaluation mechanism to be improved. To realize the integration of ideological and political elements in practical teaching, improve the teaching effect and perfect the process of education, it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political training of teachers and give full play to the main channel role of teachers’ teaching, excavate professionalism and innovate the carriers of ideological and political elements, innovate teaching methods, and perfect ideological and political elements into practical teaching evaluation mechanism.
