摘要
在对精密加工工艺原理进行认真分析的基础上,通过某柴油机气缸套精密加工试验,对其内孔关键技术进行创新性研究。突破高强度铸铁材料的传统工艺理念,采用基于CBN新型刀具的加工技术,细分加工工序,采用正交试验法,合理选配刀具几何参数,严格控制并科学匹配缸套内孔精密加工工艺参数,提高了缸套加工精度,满足了产品预期的设计精度,提高了加工效率,改善了柴油机整机性能,保证了其可靠性,延长了工作寿命。
Based on the careful analysis of the principle of precision machining process, through the precision machining test of a diesel engine cylinder liner, it was made that an innovative research on the key technology of its inner hole. We broke through the traditional process concept of high-strength cast iron materials, adopted the machining technology based on CBN new cutting tools, subdivided the machining process, adopted the orthogonal test method, and reasonably selected the geometric parameters of the cutting tools. We strictly controlled and scientifically matched the precision machining process parameters of the cylinder liner inner hole, improved the machining accuracy of the cylinder liner, which met the expected design accuracy of the product, improved the machining efficiency, improved the overall performance of the diesel engine, ensured its reliability, and extended its service life.
