摘要
利用HTDS-002型试验机,分别对典型合金结构钢试棒在RX气为保护气氛下进行淬火和无保护气氛下回火后的氢含量进行检测,获得了合金结构钢热处理过程的吸氢规律,基于检测结果,得出了合金结构钢在RX气为保护气氛下热处理的氢脆影响结论。最后,经过与无保护气氛加热试棒的力学性能进行比对,验证了合金结构钢在RX气为保护气氛下淬火+回火后不会产生氢脆的结论。另外,对常用合金结构钢的渗碳淬火工艺的每个工序进行吸氢检测,得到了合金结构钢渗碳淬火工艺过程的吸氢规律。
By using HTDS-002 type tester, the test was respectively finished for typical alloy structural steel bar under the RX gas for protective atmosphere quenching and tempering after unprotected atmosphere hydrogen content, and the hydrogen absorption law of the alloy structural steel heat treatment process was gotten. Based on the test results, it was obtained that the hydrogen embrittlement influence conclusion of alloy structural steel under the RX gas for protective atmosphere heat treatment. Finally, by comparing with the mechanical properties of the alloy steel with those of the test bar heated in unprotected atmosphere, the conclusion that hydrogen embrittlement would not occur after quenching and tempering in RX atmosphere was verified. In addition, the hydrogen absorption law of carburizing and quenching process of alloy structural steel was obtained by detecting the hydrogen absorption of each process of carburizing and quenching process of common alloy structural steel.
