摘要
为降低检验人员工作强度、提升质量控制水平,借助信息化手段搭建了基于二维码的零件智能检测系统。该系统由信息数据库、工具库、软部件库以及人机交互界面组成。软件功能由主界面、图像处理界面、定位界面、运行界面、设置界面、测试界面和统计界面7个板块协调实现智能检测。零件智能检测系统可对简单工件实现自毛坯入库到产品交付整个制造过程中质量信息的自动检测与数据存储,有效分配人力、物力、财力,缩短零件生产周期,实现均衡生产。特别对于小批量、多品种的产品及关键零部件,可实时自动记录,实现质量跟踪溯源。系统功能进一步扩展,将实现不同环节、不同类型检测系统的数据信息整合,达到质量管控的精准、快捷和可追溯。
In order to reduce the working intensity of inspectors and improve the quality control level, it was set up that the part of intelligent detection system based on QR code by using informatization technology. The system consisted of information database, tool library, soft parts library and the composition of the human-computer interaction interface, software function by the main interface, image processing, orientation, operation interface, set the interface, test and statistics interface, and the above seven plate coordinated the intelligent detection. Intelligent parts detection system could realize automatic detection and data storage of quality information of simple workpiece in the whole manufacturing process from blank storage to product delivery, effectively allocated manpower, material resources and financial resources, so as to shorten parts production cycle and achieve balanced production. Especially for small-batch and multi-variety products, key parts could be automatically recorded in real time to achieve quality tracking and traceability. Further expansion of system functions would realize the integration of data information of different links and different types of testing systems, and achieved accurate, fast and traceable of the quality control.
