摘要
葡萄酒产业链价值提升是国际国内激烈市场竞争环境下新疆葡萄酒产业生存和发展的关键。采用文献研究、比较研究等方法对新疆葡萄酒产业发展现状进行分析,梳理葡萄酒产业的生产经营流程和环节,借助“微笑曲线”探讨当前葡萄酒产业链的战略环节所处位置和未来移动方向,葡萄酒产业链条组织共生的发展模式。研究结果认为,一是新疆葡萄酒产业链需要结合产区的特色和资源禀赋进行产业链的延伸;二是新疆葡萄酒产业链价值提升需要由“微笑曲线”低价值的底端向价值较高的两端攀升;三是新疆葡萄酒未来的价值提升不仅要体现在价值结构转变方面,而是实现葡萄酒产业链整体增值。
The wine industry chain value enhancement is the key to the survival and development of Xinjiang wine industry under the fierce international and domestic market competition.The current development situation of Xinjiang wine industry was analyzed by literature and comparative research,etc.Processes and links of wine industry production and operation were sorted out,the current strategic links position of wine industry chain was explored,and the future movement direction and the symbiotic development mode of wine industry chain organization were discussed with the help of"smile curve".The research results showed that,firstly,the Xinjiang wine industry chain needs to be extended by combining the production areas characteristics and resource endowments.Secondly,the value of Xinjiang wine industry chain needs to climb from the bottom of the"smile curve"with low value to the two ends with high value.Thirdly,the future value enhancement of the Xinjiang wine should not only be reflected in structural transformation,but to achieve the overall value-added wine industry chain.
