摘要
为进行部组件级航天产品温湿度监测与实验研究,开发了一种基于C#的温湿度监控系统软件,可对终端机发出的温湿度数据进行曲线显示、开环或闭环控制。以首字母T和H分别作为温度和湿度数据判断依据。通过主界面打开串口调试助手、控制参数设置、开环控制系统、闭环控制系统等子界面,在主界面中进行串口通信的基本配置;通过串口调试助手界面,可进行串口通信的模拟;通过控制参数设置界面,可进行温湿度的开环控制参数或闭环控制参数的设置,并将控制参数发送至终端机。通过开环控制系统或闭环控制系统按钮进入温湿度监控界面,可进行温湿度数据曲线、控制参数与控制状态显示等。实验调试证明系统运行稳定,可应用于多种需温湿度监测现场。
In order to monitor the temperature and humidity of space products at the component level,a temperature and humidity monitoring system software based on C# is developed,which can display the curve,open-loop or closedloop control the temperature and humidity data sent by the terminal. The initials T and H are used as the judgment basis of temperature and humidity data respectively. Open sub interfaces such as serial port debugging assistant,control parameter setting,open-loop control system and closed-loop control system through the main interface,and perform basic configuration of serial port communication in the main interface. Through the serial port debugging assistant interface,the serial port communication can be simulated. Through the control parameter setting interface,you can set the temperature and humidity open-loop control parameters or closed-loop control parameters,and send the control parameters to the terminal. Enter the temperature and humidity monitoring interface through the button of the open-loop control system or the closed-loop control system,and display the temperature and humidity data curve,control parameters and control status. The test and debugging prove that the system runs stably and can be applied to many temperature and humidity monitoring sites.
