摘要
随着多电飞机的发展,飞机各部件向电动化方向的进展日新月异。由于飞机传统的液压、气压能源驱动方式存在的诸多弊端以及电动化所带来的优势,多电飞机已成为现代飞机发展的重要趋势。飞机起落架收放系统是较为独立的功能模块,对其进行电动化改造带来的附加影响较小,其中控制系统是起落架收放系统的核心,因此,控制系统以多电飞机起落架收放控制系统为目标,分析其工作原理并且从硬件和软件两个角度进行了设计和实现,逐步突破多电起落架收放系统关键技术。最后测试试验表明所设计的多电飞机起落架控制系统技术指标满足要求。
With the development of more-electric aircraft,the electrification of various parts of the aircraft is changing rapidly. Due to the disadvantages of the traditional hydraulic and pneumatic driving methods of aircraft and the advantages brought by electrification,more-electric aircraft has become an important trend of modern aircraft development. The aircraft landing gear extraction/retraction system is an independent functional module,the additional impact brought by the electrification transformation is small. The control system is the core of the landing gear extraction/retraction system,therefore,the control system aims at the landing gear extraction/retraction control system of more-electric aircraft,the working principle is analyzed,and the design and implementation are carried out from two aspects of hardware and software,gradually break through the key technologies of the more-electric landing gear extraction/retraction system. Finally,the test results show that the technical specifications of the landing gear control system of the more-electric aircraft meet the requirements.
