摘要
针对车辆动态称重中易受到噪声干扰从而影响测量精度的问题,根据惯性传感器的特点,该文分析了惯性传感器测量车辆经过时产生振动信号的过程,结合车辆动态称重的信号特点,提出EEMD的改进小波阈值降噪算法。为验证算法的适用性,将基于EEMD的改进小波阈值降噪算法与小波阈值降噪算法进行对比,实验结果表明,基于EEMD的改进小波阈值降噪算法对车辆动态称重信号具有较好的去噪效果,可提高系统测量的精度与准确性。
In view of the fact that the vehicle dynamic weighing is easily disturbed by noise,which affects the measurement accuracy,according to the characteristics of the inertial sensor,the process of generating vibration signal when the inertial sensor measures the passing vehicle is analyzed. Combined with the signal characteristics of the vehicle dynamic weighing,an improved wavelet threshold noise reduction algorithm of EEMD is proposed. In order to verify the applicability of the algorithm,the improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm based on EEMD is compared with the wavelet threshold denoising algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm based on EEMD has a good denoising effect on the vehicle dynamic weighing signal,and can improve the accuracy and accuracy of the system measurement.
