轮对作为机车车辆的重要组成部件,其外形几何尺寸对机车车辆安全运行起着至关重要的作用。光截图像测量技术作为轮对在线测量的主流技术,介绍了该技术在实际运用中的曲线数据缺失或存在噪点的问题,针对该问题提出解决方案,为相关领域研究者提供参考。

As an important component of rolling stock, the wheel set’s geometric dimensions play a vital role in the safe operation of rolling stock. As the mainstream technology of wheelset online measurement, the optical capture image measurement technology is introduced in this paper to solve the problem of missing or noisy curve data in practical application, and provide reference for researchers in related fields.
