基于科里奥利原理的粉煤灰质量流量计测量系统设计

摘要 针对各类粉体的放散工作中存在重量控制精度不高导致效率低下的问题,总结了现有的粉体质量流量计的工作原理及存在的缺陷,提出利用科里奥利流量计对粉煤灰放散工作中的质量流量进行精确控制的测量系统,设计了一套散装秤系统用于测量粉煤灰的质量流量,借助电气控制以及测量组件实现对粉煤灰质量流量的精准控制。通过对该系统进行实际测试,测试结果表明该系统测试不确定度在1%以内,测量准确度较高,对后续各类粉体/流体质量流量计的设计具有较高的参考价值。 To solve the problem of low efficiency caused by low net weight accuracy in various powder dispersion links, the working principle and shortcomings of the current powder mass flowmeter are summarized. A measuring system using Coriolis steam flowmeter to precisely control the mass flow of fly ash is presented, and a volume scale system software is designed to accurately measure the mass flow of fly ash.With the electrical control system and measuring elements, the fly ash mass flow is accurately controlled.According to the specific test of this system, the test results show that the overall test measurement uncertainty is less than 1%, and the detection accuracy is high, which has high practical value for the design of various powder/liquid mass flowmeters.
