Study on Fire Protection Design for Property Development Above Urban Rail Transit Vehicle Depot——Take Jinyidong Suburban Rail Tangya Vehicle Depot as an Example

随着城市土地资源的日益紧张,轨道交通车辆段上盖物业也得到全面开发,提高轨道交通车辆段建设土地利用效率具有重要的意思,由此产生了防火设计难题。借鉴了金义东市域轨道交通塘雅车辆段建筑设计,阐述了带上盖开发车辆段防火设计思路,总结了相关防火设计经验,以期对后续上盖开发车辆段防火设计提供借鉴。

With the increasing tension of urban land resources, the upper cover residential property of the rail transit vehicle depot has become developed fully. Improving the land use efficiency of the rail transit vehicle depot construction has also become much more important, which increase fire prevention design difficulties. This paper takes the Jingyidong suburban rail Tangya vehicle depot architectural design as an example, elaborates on the upper cover development vehicle depot fire prevention design ideas, summarizes the relevant fire prevention design experience.
