摘要
针对普通透水混凝土弹性模量高,抗冻融性能低的问题,提出用改性废旧橡胶增强透水混凝土的性能。对改性废旧橡胶掺量和粒径进行优化,并将优化后改性废旧橡胶透水混凝土与普通透水混凝土进行比较,结果表明:改性废旧橡胶掺量低于6%,橡胶粒径为60目的条件下制备的透水混凝土性能最优。与普通透水混凝土进行比较,虽然材料价格略高,但在使用寿命、耐久性和舒适度方面都明显高于普通透水混凝土,表现出良好的经济效益。
In view of the problems of high elastic modulus and low freeze-thaw resistance of ordinary permeable concrete, it is proposed to use modified waste rubber to enhance the performance of permeable concrete.The content and particle size of modified waste rubber were optimized, and the optimized modified waste rubber permeable concrete was compared with ordinary permeable concrete.The results show that the performance of pervious concrete is the best when the content of modified waste rubber is less than 6% and the rubber particle size is 60.Compared with ordinary permeable concrete, although the material price is slightly higher, it is significantly higher than ordinary permeable concrete in service life, durability and comfort, showing good economic benefits.
