摘要
以六氟双酚A和环氧氯丙烷为主要成分加热缩聚合成有机氟环氧树脂,再与甲基丙烯酸反应制备甲基丙烯酸有机氟环氧树脂单体,引入厌氧胶体系,获得含氟的新型厌氧胶。研究有机氟环氧树脂和甲基丙烯酸的配比对贮存稳定性的影响,促进剂与助促进剂对固化速度的影响,不同间隙对固化强度的影响及耐介质性能。结果表明,有机氟环氧树脂和甲基丙烯酸的最佳比例为100∶40,促进剂与助促进剂同时使用固化速度最理想,最佳涂胶间隙(单边间隙)为0.010~0.020 mm满足耐介质性能的要求,具有良好的耐介质性。
With hexafluorobisphenol A and epichlorohydrin as the main components, organic fluorine epoxy resin was formed by heating and polymerization, which then reacted with methacrylic acid to prepare methacrylic acid organic fluorine epoxy resin monomer.With the introduction of anaerobic glue system, a new type of fluorine-containing anaerobic glue was obtained.The performance of medium resistance, the effect of the ratio of organic fluorine epoxy resin and methacrylic acid on storage stability, the influence of the accelerator and the activating accelerators on curing speed and the impact of different gaps on curing strength were studied.The results show that the optimal ratio of organic fluorine epoxy resin and methacrylic acid is 100∶40;the curing speed of the accelerator and the activating accelerator is the most ideal;the optimal glue gap(one-sided clearance) is 0.010~0.020 mm, meeting the requirements of standard for medium resistance performance, with good medium resistance.
