玻璃离子粘结剂与树脂水门汀在牙齿缺损修复应用中的优势分析

Advantage analysis of glass ion adhesive and resin cement in tooth defect repair

研究对比树脂水门汀与玻璃离子粘结剂对牙齿缺损患者的修复效果及应用价值。选择进行牙体缺损治疗的104例,随机分为玻璃离子粘结剂组和树脂水门汀组,每组各52例,所有的均进行口腔种植技术,对水门汀组应用Panavia F树脂进行干预,玻璃离子粘结剂组应用玻璃离子粘结剂进行干预。经过治疗后对所有的均进行12个月随访,对2组的牙龈出血率、牙龈炎、牙龈变色、出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)、牙菌斑指数(PLI)、治疗前后牙齿美观度评分进行比较,以及对其临床疗效进行评估。结果表明,水门汀组的治疗有效率为98.08%,玻璃离子粘结剂组的临床治疗有效率为82.69%,水门汀组有效率明显高于玻璃离子粘结剂组(P<0.05)。

The repair effect of resin cement and glass ion adhesive on tooth defect patients and its application value were studied and confirmed.A total of 104 patients who received dental defect treatment were selected and divided into glass ion adhesive group and resin cement group at random, with 52 patients in each group.All patients were treated with oral implants, Panavia F resin for intervention in the cement group and glass ion adhesive for intervention in the glass ion adhesive group.After treatment, all patients were followed up for 12 months.The gingival bleeding rate, gingivitis, gingival discoloration, bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI) and dental aesthetic score before and after treatment were compared between 2 groups.The clinical efficacy of the patients was evaluated.After treatment, the treatment effective rate of patients in the cement group was 98.08%,the clinical effective rate of patients in the glass ion adhesive group was 82.69%,the effective rate of the cement group was significantly higher than that of the glass ion adhesive group(P<0.05).
