不同去腐方式对自酸蚀粘结剂的分组比较与粘接强度测试

摘要 通过扫描电镜和微拉伸粘接强度实验,评价Carisolv(伢典)去腐凝胶、Er:YAG激光和传统涡轮3种不同的去腐方式对自酸蚀粘结剂粘接强度的影响。实验1通过扫描电镜观察3种去腐方式对牙本质表面微结构及其清洁度的影响,传统去腐组牙本质表面可见粗糙的玷污层;激光去腐组牙本质表面未见明显玷污层,可见开放的牙本质小管;Carisolv凝胶去腐组可见牙本质表面一薄层玷污层,一部分牙本质小管暴露。实验2通过微拉伸粘接强度测试3种去腐方式对自酸蚀粘结剂粘接强度,3组相比大小依次为:Er:YAG激光组、Carisolv凝胶组、传统涡轮组,但Carisolv凝胶组和传统涡轮组的粘接强度差异不具有显著性。3种不同的去腐方式相比,Er:YAG激光去腐方式可以获得更好的粘接强度。 The effects of Carisolv removal gel, Er: YAG laser and traditional turbine removal methods on the adhesive strength of self-etched adhesives was evaluated by scanning electron microscopy and microtensile bonding strength test.In the first experiment, the changes of dentin microstructure and the cleanliness of dentin surface were observed by field scanning electron microscopy after three kinds of caries removal methods.The surface of dentin in traditional caries removal group was covered by a layer of coarse defilement.The dentin surface of laser caries removal group did not show obvious stained layer, and the dentin tubules were open.In Carisolv chemical caries removal group, a thin layer of dentin surface was observed and part of dentin tubules were exposed.In the second experiment, the influence of three kinds of caries removal methods on bonding efficiency was compared by micro-tensile bonding strength test.The bonding efficiency of the three groups ranked as follows: Er: YAG laser group>Carisolv chemical group>traditional turbine group.However, the bonding strength of Carisolv chemical group and traditional turbine group is not significant.It can be concluded that better bonding strength can be obtained by Er: YAG laser.
