摘要
通过对各类编织常用的塑料扁丝的特点和性能进行比较,从环保和提高产品拉伸性能的角度,自主研发创新设计了一种PP混料多层丝卷取装置,并通过对比实验进行了拉伸性能初步验证,结果表明采用聚丙烯PP多层卷取后再拉伸得到的扁丝,既能保证拉伸强度达到使用要求,又能将PP产品材料回收利用,从而解决了环保问题。
By comparing the characteristics and performance of all kinds of commonly used braided plastic flat wire, taking into consideration environmental protection and improving the tensile property of the product, a kind of multilayer coiling device of PP was designed independently and innovatively, and the tensile property was preliminarily verified by the contrast experiment.The results show that the flat wire obtained by multilayer coiling and drawing of PP can not only ensure the tensile strength to meet the use requirements, but also recycle the PP product materials, thus solving the environmental protection problems.
