摘要
针对现有方法易堵、针色谱柱使用寿命短、离子源容易污染等问题,考察实验因素,建立超声辅助提取的气相色谱质谱检测方法。通过单因素实验设计和响应面优化结合的方法,对离心过程、取材量、超声时间等进行考察优化,建立了超声辅助提取的气相色谱质谱检测笔迹形成时间方法。优化后的实验方法提取效率高、操作简便、节省时间,为字迹形成时间的研究提供了参考依据。
In view of the existing gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method is easy to block the needle, the service life of the chromatographic column is short, and the ion source is easy to pollution and other problems, and a GC-MS method based on ultrasonic-assisted extraction was established. The centrifugal process, sampling amount and ultrasonic time were investigated and optimized by single factor experiment and response surface design optimization method. A GC-MS analysis method for ultrasonic-assisted extraction was established to detect the time of handwriting formation. The optimized experimental method has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, simple operation and time saving, which provides a reference for the study of the formation time of characters.
