摘要
水性聚氨酯自消光树脂是一种常见的涂料,它能够为物品增添光泽,使其看起来更加柔和,质感细腻。另外,该材料还可以用来创造出优雅舒适的环境氛围,并且被广泛应用于许多需要消光的领域,如木材上色、纸张光油、地面涂饰、金属和塑料涂饰等。基于此,阐述了水性聚氨酯自消光树脂的工作原理,通过实验和性能测试发现,该树脂可以通过一些化学反应合成,并利用它们的结构和性质差异,无需添加任何消光剂就可以达到消光或自消光的效果。
Because of its soft luster a nd delicate texture, matting resin can create an elegant and comfortable environment atmosphere, and is widely used in wood coloring, paper varnish, floor finishing, metal and plastic finishing, electrophoretic coating, coiled materials, furniture, wallpaper, leather and artificial leather and many other fields that need matting. Mainly introduces the matting principle of waterborne polyurethane self matting resin. From experimental preparation to performance test, it is obtained that a specific polymer resin is synthesized through some chemical reactions. Using the relationship between its structure and properties or the property difference between components, it does not need to add various matting agents to achieve the purpose of matting or self matting of the paint film itself.
