热电堆自动测温系统前端温度校准方法探究

摘要 主要探究红外测温系统中热电堆红外传感器的响应输出在不同环境温度下的温度漂移,对其进行统一校准的方法。设计实验方案采集数据,经过数据处理,选用合适算法建立模型,拟合出公式。将该公式编入补偿算法再进行温度试验,随机抽取的实验数据经验证,该方法能有效减少环境温度较大变化而引起的误差,增大环境温度适用范围,优化应用代码,提高测温精度。 Mainly explores the temperature drift of the response output of the thermoelectric reactor infrared sensor in the infrared temperature measurement system under different ambient temperatures and the method of unified calibration. Design experiment plan to collect data, through data processing, model, selects the appropriate algorithm fitting formula. The formula was incorporated into the compensation algorithm and then the temperature test was carried out, and the randomly selected experimental data were verified,this method can effectively reduce the error caused by the great change of ambient temperature, enlarge the applicable range of ambient temperature, optimize the application code, and improve the accuracy of temperature measurement.
