基于CAT.1技术的矿用斩波系统互联设计与应用

摘要 牵引电力机车(下简称电力机车)是矿山轨道运输的重要牵引设备之一。作为电力机车的核心控制系统,矿用斩波器运行在温度、湿度波动大、工作时间长、工作环境较差的场合,常规的矿用斩波器只能通过驾驶员的经验判断电力机车的运行情况,无法做到远程监控。本文设计了一种基于CAT.1技术的矿用斩波系统,数据通过CAT.1技术远程传输至云端服务器,实时上报电力机车运行参数。系统在多个矿井应用后表明,该系统能实时采集电力机车运行状态,有效地减少了电力机车的维护和运行费用,提高了电力机车的运输效率。 Traction electric locomotive(hereinafter referred to as electric locomotive)is one of the important traction equipment for mine rail transportation.As the core control system of electric locomotives,mining choppers operate in occasions with large fluctuations in temperature and humidity,long working hours and poor working environment.Conventional mining choppers can only judge the performance of electric locomotives through the driver’s experience.Operation cannot be monitored remotely.This paper designs a mining chopper system based on CAT.1 technology.The data is remotely transmitted to the cloud server through CAT.1 technology,and the operating parameters of electric locomotives are reported in real time.The application of the system in several mines shows that the system can collect the running status of electric locomotives in real time,effectively reduce the maintenance and operation costs of electric locomotives,and improve the transportation efficiency of electric locomotives.
