摘要
防治地铁区间隧道道床脱空是地铁运维管理中的一项重要任务。首先使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,构建了地铁运营隧道道床模型,并对道床有空洞、脱空病害时的受力情况展开了分析。结果表明,在地铁隧道道床的空洞或脱空层位置,应力集中现象明显,并且随着空洞尺寸的增加、脱空层厚度的增加,隧道道床所受的拉应力也相应升高。随后针对道床脱空问题,提出了优化地铁区间结构设计、注意做好地铁运营养护等预防措施,以及化学注浆填充的治理技术,为解决道床脱空病害提供了技术支持。
It is an important task in subway operation and maintenance management to prevent tunnel bed from empty. Abaqus finite element analysis software is used to construct the tunnel bed model of subway operation, and the stress situation of the tunnel bed with cavity and empty disease is analyzed. The results show that the stress concentration is obvious in the position of the void or the void layer of the subway tunnel bed,and the tensile stress of the tunnel bed increases with the increase of the void size and the thickness of the void layer. In order to solve the problem of trackbed void, preventive measures such as optimizing subway section structure design, paying attention to subway operation and maintenance, and the treatment technology of chemical grouting filling are put forward, which provide technical support for solving trackbed void disease.
