摘要 南海西部文昌油田地层疏松、具有强非均质性、强边底水驱特点。为解决油井见水早、含水率高、水平段动用不均以及出砂严重等问题,采用ICD筛管延缓水平井低水锥进,根据储层物性设计水嘴大小,精细调整水平井沿程附加压降,促进油水界面均匀推进;同时在ICD筛管与套管环空及射孔炮眼进行砾石充填,选用超轻密度支撑剂作为充填介质,优化砾石充填排量及冲筛比,显著降低ICD筛管充填砂堵风险,有效防止地层出砂,形成一套ICD筛管+砾石充填控水防砂技术。文昌油田首次成功应用ICD筛管+砾石充填控水防砂,显著降低油井含水率,生产期间无出砂现象,ICD筛管+砾石充填对文昌油田控水防砂效果明显。 Wenchang oilfield in the west of South China Sea is characterized by loose stratum structure,strong heterogeneity and strong edge and bottom water flooding. In order to solve the problems of early water breakthrough, high water cut, uneven utilization of horizontal section and serious sand production in oil wells,ICD screen pipe is used to delay low water coning in horizontal wells, and the size of water nozzle is designed according to reservoir physical properties, so as to adjust additional pressure prop along horizontal well and promote oil-water interface to advance evenly. At the same time, gravel packing is carried out in the annulus and perforation hole of ICD screen pipe, and ultra-light density proppant is selected as filling medium to optimize gravel packing displacement and scouring ratio, which can significantly reduce the risk of sand plugging in ICD screen pipe and effectively prevent formation sand production. A set of ICD screen pipe and gravel packing for water and sand control technology is formed. The field application of several wells in Wenchang oilfield shows that the water cut of oil wells can be significantly reduced by ICD screen pipe, and there is no sand during production. The effect of ICD screen pipe and gravel packing on water and sand control in Wenchang oilfield is obvious.
