XK715型数控机床主轴箱谐响应仿真分析

摘要 在ANSYS Workbench环境中导入XK715型数控机床主轴箱数字模型,计算主轴箱前6阶模态振型,共振频率分别为349.11、663.42、776.91、1 227.90、1 440.10和1 769.00 Hz。在此基础上,利用模态叠加法计算主轴箱的谐响应规律。仿真分析表明,当激励载荷频率在350、660和780 Hz时,主轴箱端面法兰对应的变形量输出值分别为8.282、 156.910和6.970μm;端面Z方向的应力输出的最大值分别为6 464.90、917.42和4 670.30 Pa;激励载荷频率在660 Hz时,主轴箱矩形框架下边缘的90°拐角处等效应力值最大,最大值为63.29 MPa,此时总变形量最大值为0.22 mm,此频率下机床不能满足零件加工精度需求,因此,加工过程应避免此频率段的激励载荷。 The digital model of XK715 CNC machine tool spindle box was imported in ANSYS Workbench environment, and the first 6 order modal vibration modes of the spindle box were calculated. The resonance frequencies are 349.11, 663.42, 776.91, 1 227.90, 1 440.10 and 1 769.00 Hz, respectively. On this basis, the harmonic response law of the spindle box was calculated by modal superposition method. The simulation analysis showed that when the excitation load frequency was 350, 660 and 780 Hz, the corresponding deformation output values of the spindle box end flange were 8.282, 156.910 and 6.970 μm, respectively. The maximum stress output in the Z direction of the end face was 6 464.90, 917.42 and 4 670.30 Pa, respectively. When the excitation load frequency is 660 Hz, the equivalent stress value at the 90 ° corner of the lower edge of the rectangular frame of the spindle box was the largest, which was 63.29 MPa and the maximum total deformation was 0.22 mm. At this frequency, the machine tool can not meet the machining accuracy requirements of the parts. Therefore, the excitation load of this frequency band should be avoided in the machining process.
